REUP Checklist

The Renovation Energy Upgrade Proposal (REUP) is a mandatory checklist required by the City of Vancouver for permit applications related to major home renovations. Are you planning to renovate a laneway house, infill, single detached house or a duplex unit? Applicable homes completing a renovation with a value greater than $20,000 must complete both a Renovation Energy Upgrade Proposal checklist and an EnerGuide Home Evaluation.
